Registration

Registration information

It is highly recommended that all athletes pre-register via the Online Entry Form in order to streamline registration on the day and maximise slope time for athletes. You will not be requested to pay until you collect your bib in resort and therefore are not financially committing to anything.

To encourage pre-registration this year, an additional £5 charge will be applied to Late/Onsite Entry (money collected will go directly to the British Snowboard & Freestyle Ski Teams).

ALL payments are taken on the day in Cash OR Cheque, made payable to "Soul Sports Events Ltd". Please make every effort to arrive at registration with the correct amount in order to process your registration as efficiently as possible.

ONLINE ENTRY (Pre Register)

Online registration is now closed. If you wish to register please ensure you do so the night before the contest you wish to enter. 

N.B. Online entry does NOT mean you are committed to competing. It is essentially declaring an interest in competing and should you compete we have your current details to processs you efficiently.

OFFICE HOURS & LOCATIONS

• Sunday: 14:00 - 17:00 (Tourist Office, centre of Val Claret)
• Sunday: 18:00 - 19:00 Rider Meeting (Cinema in Val Claret) 
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 10:00 & 15:30 - 17:00 (foot of the Tichot chairlift)

Monday 25th - FREESKI Banger & Cash / SNOWBOARD Cross

Tuesday 26th - FREESKI Cross / SNOWBOARD Bangers & Cash

Wednesday 27th - FREESKI Slopestyle

Thursday 28th - FREESKI Halfpipe / SNOWBOARD Slopestyle

Friday 29th - SNOWBOARD Halfpipe

ENTRY FEES

Entry fee includes competition registration only (Liftpass & Insurance need to be purchased additionally)

£20/25euro FOR EACH DISCIPLING ENTERED:

• Protest British Slopestyle Championships (SS)
• Trespass Snowboard/Skiercross Championships (SX)
• Dare2b British Halfpipe Championships (HP)
• Bangers & Cash (RAIL)

N.B. An additional £5 fee is payable for late registration, please see below.

LATE/ONSITE ENTRY

Athletes can register the day BEFORE the contest so long as its within competition office hours. An additional £5 fee will be charged for late/onsite entry.
This £5 will be donated to the British Snowboard Team or the British Freestyle Ski Team.

N.B. We will NOT accept any entries on the day of the competition.

BIB COLLECTION

To secure your entry into the BRITS you will need a competition bib to compete. These are to be collected from the Competition Office during opening hours upon presentation of your BRITISH PASSPORT and payment for the entry.

N.B. We are unable to hand over bibs without seeing a valid passport.

AGE CATEGORIES

Kids (KM or KW): Born in 2000 or after
Youth (YM or YW): Born in 1997, 1998 or 1999
Junior (JM or JW): Born 1994, 1995 or 1996
Master (MM or MW): Born in 1982 or earlier
Open (OM or OW): Born 1993 - 1983 

NB: KM = Kids Men, KW = Kids Women etc…

REFUND POLICY

A full refund will be given if we are notified prior to the OFFICIAL Practice Session starting or the 1st Timed run in Snowboard/Skiercross. This can be done by notifying the Competition office or the start referee. Injuries sustained during the practice session or in the National Championships will not be refunded.
